Rooms were right on the water with great views, property had some nice amenities and the boat ramp and slips were exactly what I needed. Annette at the front desk was super friendly and knows the true meaning of Customer Service. Because of her, we will be back for sure and tell all our friends, this is the place to stay!
Our stay in cabin 9 (turquoise one) was great. This cabin was perfect for our needs and we brought two dogs with us, no issues with that. We loved our stay but to be transparent this is really no frills. There is no sink sponge, no aluminum foil no nothing extra in the kitchen so bring your own!! The mattresses are VERY firm. There were a few small cosmetic issues that could be addressed in this cabin that would make a huge difference, example, crooked drawer front in kitchen, pinned drapes...

We stayed here for 5 days for a family vacation and absolutely adored the area and aqua lodges. It was so beautiful and peaceful, the manatees swam up nightly and the area had gorgeous views. The lodges are roomy and kitchen area was perfect- nice that they provided kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, coffee mugs you name it. Whatever we needed was provided here. The property is in a great location and has good amenities like pool and if you stay free kayaking, paddle board and bicycles the only probrem i has was the parking because is not assigned and if you arrive late you have to park far away and carrier everything to the room
Great stay , very convenient for trailering boat , and putting in and out of water. Stayed at room with kitchen and boat right outside in canal. They have hose right on dock to rinse boat. Staff very helpful!

I totally enjoyed my stay in the Aqua Lodge, it was very beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend staying at this location. The sunsets in the RV section were absolutely breath taking!!! We rented a pontoon from this location and had a wonderful day one the water, the rates were fair and the pontoon was really nice!! I would stay there again.

Upon our arrival, the sight of 2 iguanas on the lounging on the bridge by the pristine water at the back of the property had my entire family out of the minivan at lightning speed. They followed one, which lead them to trees full of these beautiful lizards. The front desk personnel, a very amiable gentleman, was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great spring break trip! It’s hard to find a hotel that will accommodate a family of 6 without having to get two rooms. The room was fresh and updated. Staff was super friendly. My kids loved the different options for pools. I recommend the mai tai from the bar!
It was very frustrating that during our cumulative total of eight days stay, seven nights, the housekeeping plan was to only clean our room one time and it was on the seventh night. When we asked about this three days in, they said OK we can probably fit in one cleaning for you midway through your stay but that will be the only one, if you desire any additional cleanings that will be $150 each. Nice place to stay in Marathon, very calm and clean. When listed it was showing parking was free but when we get there it was $10 per night. Is not bad my only comment is updated your parking info on Expedia website :)
We stayed at this hotel several times. It is very nice, It’s nice that they have a separate area for adults.
They also have 3 in house places to eat, a tiki bar for lunch, a roof top for breakfast and bar in the evening and a restaurant for dinner (didn’t go to this one though).
They include free paddle boards and kayaks.
The rooms could have better A/C, they added another portable fan and seem to be having issues with A/C, hopefully will be resolved soon. Also they don’t have room service...
