There are several things that that stand out in a Captain Pips visit! First and foremost is the parking situation! To be kind , it’s atrocious! Second is soundproofing. It doesn’t exist! In just a few short hours you can get have intimate knowledge of your neighbors without ever meeting them! What saves this joint is a very good bar and restaurant next door, “ Porkys Bayside” Good food with an even better bar!

Stayed in an Aqua Lodge and it was so much fun! The only downside was the WiFi was not good there! Everything else was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible! We had 5 people we fit well! Highly encourage using them for snorkeling and other adventures as well!

The room was clean but the ceiling was stained from leaks it did not feel safe in the room. We wanted to leave but the staff was already gone so we decided to make the best of it and go swimming. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom so we did not do that. The staff was really nice about it though when we checked out the next day. I will say they had a lot of other types of rooms so it may have just been that we got the one that was in disrepair

Really quaint old fashioned dock side setting and accomodation. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. Great bed and beautiful view. Helpful staff and friendly- good recommendations for food. Only initial disappointment is there is building work currently happening out the front of the property which we weren’t aware of but no disturbance from it.
