Great apartments in good location next to Queen Victoria Markets . Easy walk to anywhere in city . Trams available however we found it no problem to walk everywhere . The apartments are lovely , quite new and modern with comfortable beds , good showers and great kitchen . Woollworths a block away . BWS In same building as supermarket . Would stay again any time . Only drawback , we were a group of friends on three different floors and could not take the lift to each others floor . Had to go back to floor one have them come down and get us then go back up to their floor

The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne.

Great rooms /apartments. Everything you may need. Good beds. Laundry in room. great pool, spas, sauner , small gym but has enough to get by. Has a small theatre room you can book with friends and enjoy a current movie. Has a library, a common room with kitchen and fireplace. Everything is modern new and beautifully presented Good location close to supermarket liguor stores and walking distance to all city activities. Also 2min walk to Queen Vic Markets. Trams around corner. Only negative is you cannot get to any other floor if you have friends staying on different floors. This is a security issue and we do understand however it was a little difficult aall needing to go to floor one every time we wanted to visit each other especially as we had friends on three different floors. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Cheap, clean and central! Beds were HORRIBLY sunken and could really do with a replace, no spare pillows unfortunately, and they don’t provide extra towels at all - 2 for 2 adults staying, so if you need another to dry your hair, or for the sauna/spa you’re out of luck. Ok, for the price… but could be improved easily with minimal fuss.

We stayed for 2 nights in the 2BR and 2 bathrooms apartment It’s in good condition though the sink drainage in the bathroom were slow n a little block but otherwise ok Location is great. Utensils sufficient for 4 people with basic pots and pans if needs to cook. There’s a microwave provided The highlights - heated pool, jacuzzi and Sauna

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. We were given a high level, as requested (43rd) and later checkout of 11am. Staff were friendly and catered to our requests. The apartment was located to conveniently to lots of restaurants, that was walking distance. There is some noticeable improvements and maintenance to the room and floor we stayed on. Alot of wear and tear, could use with proper maintenance of paint and up keep. Dishwasher was out of order, but we ate out, so wasnt a big deal. Odd sign on the 2nd bedroom to say if we used it, we would be charged, again not a big deal, we had only expected a 1 bedroom, so had no intentions of using it. Given there is a pool on site, it would have been good if they provide pool towels or provided an extra set of towels, again not a major issue as we just used the dryer. The indoor spa & pool is stunning..however given the cooler weather and time of year, we were disappointed to find it wasnt heated, we booked this over others for the indoor facilities and hoped it would have been heated, in order to use. There are no car parks on site, this was noted in the booking and followed up with an email to provide near by options. We were lucky the rain held off, otherwise it would have been a very wet walk with our luggage to get the car.

Rooms were clean and spacious, for a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were helpful during work hours, though not available 24/7. Walking distance to Queen Victoria markets and the city.
