Nice hotel on the seafront. Massive bed and aircon which was needed due to the heatwave we had. Went room only as the breakfast was £18 per person per day and parking was £15 per day which soon adds up. Lots of cafes and bars nearby. Room was not cleaned on 2 of the 5 days we were there. Overall we had a nice break but it could have been better.

Very new building right on the sea front. Staff are excellent, especially one really friendly person named Alex, I’d return just to talk to him 😊. Rooms are in excellent condition with all of the tea and coffee facilities, as well as soft drinks in the mini bar. Unfortunately when we arrived the rest was too busy to accommodate us, but there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

It was okay and having the air conditioner was a big help comfort-wise however I did notice that the room appeared to have a funny smell the first night plus i noticed the bottom sheet on the bed had small tears in it. Staff tried hard but they all looked tired out.

Beautiful hotel in a great location right in the middle of all attractions and a view of the South Devon coastline. Good value hotel, let down by average standard of staff and lack of communication. Detail to cleaning coukd be improved. Huge tv in bedroom, shame it doesn't connect to your phone to make the most of it. Could be a great cinema experience. Breakfast was good apart from awful scrambled egg and not a teaspoon in sight for sugar and yoghurt. Staff looked blank when we asked for one and ignored us. Plenty of good points, the price reflects the hotel services.

Enjoyed my stay. I booked this as a little get away for a long weekend. The staff were all friendly and approachable and could ntk do enough to help. The room was ideal for what we need, the bed was huge. My only downside was there was no fresh air in the room just Aircon which was not the best as the room became very stuffy and it was not even the hight of summer.

Fairly new hotel & clean. Bed comfortable. Room serviced daily. Shower =rain shower & a body spray. Breakfast disapointing. Scrambled eggs made with powdered egg. You could order other eggs & hash browns e.g poached/fried etc but this is not advertised & is very slow to arrive Yoghurt but no fruit to accompany it apart from sliced melon & prunes??

Nice modern hotel in great location. Room wasnt available/ready on check-in at 15.00 so had to wait. Breakfast was good but chaotic as plates glasses not replenished, not enough staff and untrained. They also ran out of several breakfast items.
