Great hotel in Goreme

We stayed for three nights in November. Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The 24 hour availability of the front desk was appreciated. It was very easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp before and during the stay for any needs that we had. The views of the city were very nice. We espey loved walking up to see the hot air balloons floating in the sky each day. The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in Goreme. We want to recognize Arif who is the best employee. He is very hardworking and provides excellent customer service. He works during the day at the reception. He even helped me with some technical issues I had trying to open hot air balloon videos that I purchased. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Bonito hotel. El personal muy amable. Habitaciones muy amplias “tipo cueva” . Las albercas sin funcionar ( se dice que se pueden utilizar a partir del mes de mayo). Oré ricamente en el centro de Capadocia y pueden pasar por ti para los viajes en globo.
