No conplaints here, location is fantastic right in the city centre, 5 minutes walk from the main train and bus station. Staff were friendly. We didn't have breakfast there. Rooms are a little dated/tired but it was just a bed and a shower we needed as we were only there 2 days so not a problem for us

Very good location and opposite the airport bus stop. Rooms clean and comfortable. We found the breakfasts very bland and bleak, no hot choice of food.

Room was clean and well serviced. Decor was rather tired. No option to leave bags prior to check in which wasn’t very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Mostly clean & pleasant for the price but a few issues. Bedroom door didn't shut unless it was locked with the key, the bathroom 'moved' and staff were only available a few hours per day The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and location is good though

Room was very clean and hotel was very quiet. Location was great. Next to historic district and short walk from train station. Free Innsbruck card was very helpful for using local transportation just outside. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of cozy atmosphere.
