We had a car breakdown on the Lofotes and therefore had to delay some hotels as the car needed to be repaired two days long. We called the hotel, explained our situation and even they had enough free rooms at the delayed day, they did not want to give us a room for free as the room was already paid before. This is no service at all, other hotels helped us in that situation and delayrd our stays without hesitating or additional costs. So therefore, this arrogant service and the hotel get 1 Star (should be 0). I can not tell anything about the hotel building and its rooms as we did not stay there after this horrible experience.

Välj rum mot fjället.

Vårt rum låg mot gatan, och bussar med turister stannade utanför rummet kväll och morgon. Rökrutan verkade vara precis utanför vårt fönster vilket inte gjorde bättre. Ä en motorcyklar startade tidigt, som parkerade vid ingången där vårt rum låg. Så välj inte historiska delen. Resten va hotellet är nog bättre. Fruktosten var mycket bra och sängen var bra.

Vi fikk et romslig familierom med god plass til en familie på fire med bagasje og barnevogn. Rommet var av litt eldre dato, noe spesielt bad og toalettrom bar litt preg av. Sengene var veldig gode. Frokosten var god, men ikke imponerende. Prisen var i overkant høy til at rommet ikke var nyoppusset.
