The room was very well kept. The front desk receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. The one thing that through me for a loop was that we were not allowed to use a table in the basement to practice a jigsaw puzzle. We were attending the world championship and wanted to practice. We were told that the room was only for business meetings. Never saw anyone use it while we were there for 5 days.

La situación del hotel es excepcional: junto a la Catedral, a dos minutos de la Plaza Mayor. Sin embargo, el hotel es pequeño y la habitación, al menos la que nos tocó, también era muy pequeña: el primer día, al entrar, casi nos tropezamos con la cama.

Smashing Hotel and Great Value

A well located hotel close to the main attractions in Valladolid. Friendly staff and very clean. Loved the place. The Cathedral and University are practically next door and there are good bars and restaurants either in the main square or near to the hotel within a 5 minute walking radius.

Lo mejor: la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Las habitaciones no son excesivamente grandes pero perfectamente equipadas incluyendo albornoz, zapatillas y un detalle de bienvenida. Lo peor: había algo de ruido en la habitación al estar cerca de la recepción del hotel. No tenga parking propio.

Muy buena ubicación, no tan buena comodidad.

La ubicación y trato del personal excelente. La comodidad no ha sido tan buena ya que era complicado conciliar el sueño con la temperatura tan alta que había en la habitación. Fácilmente había 27º en puro invierno. No se podía quitar la calefacción y la única manera de bajar la temperatura era tener la ventana completamente abierta.
