The location excellent the hotel doesn’t look like a big one an old in the old town of Segovia and once we go inside is very clean very modern plenty of space in different floors. It is siting on the hillside so the reception on the top floor but then you go down to other rooms. The breakfast was amazing. The towels was really nice. location was amazing close to everything you want to go or visit

The hotel looked lovely and was in a good location and our room had a lovely view. I booked here as I had an early flight and unlike some hotels I looked at, it offered breakfast from 7am. However, on arrival Friday night, we were told breakfast wasn't til 8 at the weekend so we had to go without. There was nowhere in the hotel to get a hot drink which was very disappointing and the room smelt strongly of fresh paint so we had to sleep with the windows wide open. Receptionist not very friendly.

Had the double room with terrace (double = king). View of the surrounding hills was blocked by a giant tree, but it did provide shade and privacy. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge in room but no microwave, hot water kettle or coffee. Hot water provided in lobby. Breakfast was great options - pastries, eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurts and fruit. Automatic espresso machine to choose cappuccinos, lattes, etc. Not allowed to bring food back to eat on the patio. Service was friendly. Would recommend and would stay again for one or two nights. A longer stay would require more in-room amenities.

This is the second time staying here and the service and hotel is great!! Staff goes above and beyond their jobs to help and the hotel is immaculate. Its location is just a short walk from Plaza Mayor yet is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The views are fantastic!! On some mornings like today you can watch the hot air balloons take off and float overhead. I travel a lot and give this hotel my highest praise. One note, the hotel is on different levels so you may need to climb a few stairs (there are handicap lifts if needed though).
