Great stay in Paris

Staff were great as is the location. A short walk from Champs-Élysées and the Arc du Triomphe. It is a boutique hotel so if you’re looking for an Hilton sized room it’s not for you. The bathroom was clean and a good size and the main room was cozy. There are lots of restaurants off the beaten path around the hotel or hit the main strip for a more touristy vibe. Short walk to the Metro.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay. The rooms are small, which is not unusual for Paris. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There are multiple restaurants nearby and a short walk to Champs-Elysées. It seems that the air conditioning is controlled at the front desk, but when we requested the temperature to be lowered, it was very comfortable.

Excellent customer service. The front desk clerk was very accommodating with helping us store our luggage. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The only negative is that the elevator was broken, so we had to walk up the flight of stairs with luggage, but the staff offered to help, so it was not a problem.
