Excellent location and accommodations

We drove in from the Genoa airport and needed to make sure the hotel offered parking. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. It was easy to find and even though we arrived before check in they had space that allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage so that we could keep to our schedule as we were in town only for one night and had a lot to squeeze in. The room was HUGE! We traveled with our 2 teenage children so we chose the 2 bedroom 1 bath room and it was perfect. The hotel is a short 15-20 min walk to the Rapallo train station where you can easily purchase an on/off pass for the family to visit Cinque Terre. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety and the ambiance was beyond lovely. I would highly recommend Hotel Canali and will visit again should we ever find ourselves back in that region.

Reservei um quarto específico. Mandei mensagem por e-mail 2 vezes informando que estávamos em lua de mel e íamos parar lá por duas noites. Nos deram um quarto no térreo. Não era o mesmo quarto da foto reservada, o recepcionista disse que o hotel estava cheio. Mesmo com 2 e-mails de antecedência confirmando o quarto, o quarto era ao lado da academia e tinha barulho 24h por dia, quem caminhava no andar de cima escutava em baixo, ar condicionado não gelava. Estava tão cansado que desistir de reclamar. O hotel é ótimo, lindo. Mas essa falta de atenção me deixou super chateado. Me cobraram 2 vezes pelo estacionamento. Havia pago no site e eles me cobraram outra vez e disse que o do site não vale 😅. O atendente do café da manhã e super cordial um homem muito educado e atencioso com os hóspedes. Parabéns para ele!!!

Synes at aircon på rommet bråket veldig og i tillegg hadde vi vinduer mot bakgården der motorene til aircon var (?), disse bråkte så mye at vi våknet på natten. Veldig mye støy fra gaten også ellers. The hotel itself is very outdated and desperately in need of some upgrades and renewal ( for example, bed mattresses are lumpy and thin, bathroom supplies are bare minimum, some floors covered in artificial grass carpeting … just overall odd). For the nightly rate, you would expect a little more — even for a European hotel room. That being said, the staff are very friendly and attentive and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
