The room had a great view, comfortable bed and was pretty clean. The fact that it was walking distance from the city centre and bus stops was perfect.

The location of this apartment is great. You can walk to restaurants, shops and harbor area. The place was spaceous and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Checking in was not easy since we were not given the number of our apartment in the check-in info and we had to call to find out. We were also missing a coffee maker, pots, and sharp knives (and kitchen towels) which made it difficult to prepare breakfasts. The bathroom is very small.

Absolute best value for the price. I spent 400 dollars for 4 nights and it looked like I should have spent 700 dollars for 4 nights. It was super nice and fancy. Definitely would stay here again

15 minute walk from a lot of pick-up spots for tourist activities. Close to bus stops. Self check-in is convenient for travel plans. Kitchenette and washing machine not expected, but nice to have.

Late arrival - no provisions in apartment

We arrived about midnight through Tromso airport. We had no trouble with instructions for getting into our accommodation. Because no shops were open at that time we were not able to buy teabags or milk so had nothing until next morning when only a seven eleven was open.

Bem localizado mas falta algo…

A localização é excelente. Fora isso, o espaço é mediano, faltavam utensílios/taça, não tem secadora, box do banheiro não tem lugar pra colocar nada e fica muito molhado, não fornecem tapete de banheiro, quarto não tem termostato então regular o aquecimento é complicado (aquecimento elétrico). O local também não oferece espaço para deixar bagagens e são ruins em responder mensagens do hoteis.com (só ligando mesmo e em inglês).

Bra plass og bo. Kunne vært satt på varme på rommene bad og oppholdsrom da. For det var iskaldt ved annkomst og tok forholdsvis "lang" tid å varme opp. Sluk på bad var "tørr" så det luktet på badet. Tv kunne vært oppkoblet mot et system slik at ikke alt måtte sendes til tv vis Crom cast. Som forsåvidt var plugget ut.. Alt i alt en bra plass og bo og rolig og fosåvidt en 10min spasertur unna sentrum.

Misvisende informasjon og dårlig tilstand

Overnattingsstedet har masse matbilder med teksten «restaurant». Det viste seg å ikke være noen restauranter i bygget. Det første som møtte meg da jeg låste meg inn hoveddøren var sterk røyklukt og innestengt luft. Rommet luktet sterkt av dårlig parfyme eller lignende og hadde dårlig/ ingen ventilasjon. Måtte gjennomlufte hele rommet hver gang jeg kom inn, og måtte gjøre det mens jeg oppholdt meg på rommet og før og etter leggetid. Badet var heller ikke helt rent.

Preis - Leistung ist gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist sauber, zweckentsprechend und gut bewohnbar. Trotz Industrie und Gewerbegebäude in der Nachbarschaft, ist es sehr ruhig (Tag und Nacht). Als negativen Punkt muss ich erwähnen, das defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände bei Mieterwechsel nicht repariert worden sind, Fenster Rollo und Nachttisch. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jedenfall wieder wählen.

Rommet manglet toalettpapir og håndsåpen og oppvasksåpen var gammel. Tydelig skittent på stikkontakt og listet. Alt i alt, helt ok. Hadde forventet litt mer til den prisen.

Usikker om vi bruker stedet ved senere anledning

Første inntrykket var bra, men så var det svære støvdotter på golvet, gardiner som var litt "på halv12" pga for kort gardinstang, smart TV som man ikke se uten å ha nødvendig tilleggsutstyr til. Alt i alt var rommet ellers veldig bra. Service var bra da vi trengte hjelp til å få bort støv pga min allergi.
