6/10 Good

Excellent location, right on the waterfront. Great service and clean room. For the price we paid I would have expected daily house keeping. We were there for 3 nights and didn’t have any house keeping. The buffet breakfast was also very average.

Great location rooms are a bit tired , was quiet and large. I probably should have booked the vibe as that’s a hotel not spat

4/10 Fair

The hotel generally run down with wrinkled carpets and dirty walls; the rooms are comfortable, but dated. Breakfast is difficult with buffet options in two different rooms and seating in a third room. Great location; tired hotel that needs a good clean.

Love the location and the nightlife around the hotel. Strolling around the harbor at night in front of the hotel was very relaxing also.

10/10 Exceptional

I loved staying at Adina Darwin waterfront - it was very close to the convention centre where I attended a conference and there was a bridge to the city park area - very convenient. The room service via the restaurant was great. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent all round.

This was our fourth apartment hotel stay during our trip to Australia and the best by some distance. Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Oh, and the location is pretty good as well.

10/10 Exceptional

The apartments are in a great location in the Darwin waterfront precinct, with water activities and restaurants right there, and a short walk or e-scooter ride to the main town centre. The apartment had good aircon and a nice outlook. The facilities are adequate without being fancy and there is a good kitchen and full-size fridge allowing for self-catering. Would stay here again.

A highly perfumed foyer with view to match

Very convenient to the waterfront area. Highly perfumed foyer gave a sense of cleanliness and elegance. Would recommend for choice of restaurants in the area plus 10 minute walk to main cbd
