"Lovely vetandah and room. This hotel is expensive and onsite dining is very high. I would save mi ey next time and book at one of
Others in Ayers Rock as they all provide same free shuttle and all 5 min walk to town center with more affordable options to eat and grocery store"
"Good location, helpful reception staff, but poor housekeeping. The only job they did daily for us was make the bed. No replenishment of tea/coffee, dirty cups not washed/replaced, vanity not cleaned"
"I booked the family delux room - 1 queen bed and a single bed. I was expecting a newly renovated room. For the price I paid, the room paint was falling off, you have to leave the aircon on 24/7 so it's freezing cold in the room. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, and the temperature of the water is freezing cold. The positives were the reception staff were lovely, the pools were empty on a sunday morning (although the water was a little cold), we always had fresh water bottles and new beach towels in the room when we used them. The sound between rooms is very noticeable, as i could hear people dragging chairs and making a coffee in the morning in the room next to us. Would i recommend people to stay here? maybe if they could afford to stay in the resort rooms if they are any better. the location was good in the sense that the beach is right across the road, and you get a good view of the sunset from the beach there. Its right next to the Thursday night markets (we were given the wrong directions from staff at reception). You will need a hire car to get around, as you can't really walk anywhere else. It would be good to spend a few days there relaxing by the pool, and going to the different restaurants. Even though it is attached to the casino, you are in a completely different building, so it's not like they are really attached (even though they are)."
"Property well presented and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air con & ceiling fan were excellent
Minor gripes..TV remote was hopeless. Kitchen sink tap was installed badly with water control lever in wrong place making difficult to use. Otherwise a great few days"
