Comfortable rooms, excellent location.

My parents had a room where the shower did not get too hot, and overall I felt the rooms were slightly cold, even with the heater on (this was in the winter), but overall this was a very comfortable stay. The location in Puno was also very convenient, within steps of the main plaza and the shopping street. It was also a short walk to the train station and the edge of the water.

Very friendly and helpful service, convenient location. The bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of street noise, but I asked to switch rooms for the second night and though the room was smaller it was much quieter and the bed was very comfortable.
