This hotel is nice if you are going with kids to the nearby zoo. We were traveling with our adult daughter, and the extra bed in the room was not fit for a grovn person. We have by mistake not ordered breakfast when we booked the hotel, clearly our mistake, but it woud have been a nice service if we at check in have been asked if we woud have breakfast. The room was nice and clean, but there was no hot water in the zink for handwash, only in the shower.

When we arrived at the hotel at 5.30 , long time after original checkin, the room was not ready for us 3, only for 2. So we needed to ask them to make an extra bed for us and extra towels. When I was going to the toilet, it was blood or poop on the toilet seat, so I started our visit with cleaning the toilet. My son 6 years old, comment in the glasses on the sink, they were sticky. The room was very little and didnt feel clean The breakfast was great and the children enjoyed the play room in the basment

Great location for Dyreparken and incredibly helpful staff especially in the restaurant. We took advantage of the "lunch box" offer so we paid a small fee per person and made a delicious fruit and sandwich lunch to take with us. Much better than the fried shockingly expensive offerings at Dyreparken. Pool was fun too but a bit awkward to get to as no direct access from changing rooms - no big deal at all though. Would definitely stay again - easy 7 min walk to Dyreparken and great helpful staff all round.
