I would like to clarify, the dining staff and cleaning service amazing, my issues were with the reception staff. They really gave off the vibes that you are bothering them if you asked for anything, faces were even made. It was hot in our room,AC needs to be adjusted from desk, not your room.I asked, they never touched it. Roasted the entire week. We were traveling to France upon departure, we asked for a taxi, no problem she said. The night before we asked for a specific driver. She absolutely refused, said it could not be changed. Fine we say. The next morning it was not a taxi at all, but the hotel shuttle van. I was absolutely mortified . That was why she refused to make the change because they put us in a hotel van, for lack of better definition a cargo van. We bounced the entire ride, riding in A school bus is more comfortable. But we should have been informed it was not a taxi but a shuttle, given the right to make our own choice. Never once mentioned it was not a taxi. Our choice for a taxi was not even considered. Also beach does not go with the hotel. It’s $25 a day for a chair. And the hotel is on a hill and you must climb up/down 4 flights of stairs plus up/down the hill, to even get to/from the beach. Again I feel that is information that should have been shared, we both have knee issues and that would have made a huge difference in choosing Hotel Paradiso. Pool filters also moldy, could use serious cleaning. We won’t return.

A beautiful hotel that is sits in a lovely location. It is only a very short walk to the, shops , bars etc. The pool area is very relaxing . I have stayed here 6 times as it is a well run hotel and the staff take great pride in their work.

To sit and have breakfast outside by the pool was absolutely wonderful. The view from our room across the pool and over the gardens towards the sea was very special. The sea was very close ...just down a slight hill and across the road so no need to pay for a sun lounger if you fancied dip at the end of a day exploring.The staff are kind and helpful. The atmosphere is one of calm and i would absolutely go back in an instant.
