Very clean, spacious from NY’s perspective…I arrived early at 7am but the receptionist was helpful to have offered me early check-ins, which was wonderful. Just that going up to my floor doesn’t require tapping card at the lift, which is a bit insecure. Other than that, I enjoyed it a lot.

The hotel is actually located within the Garment district of NYC. You can walk to Times Square or take a bus or train. The furnishings inside the bathroom could use some minor updating however it was clean. The breakfast options are good, get up early if you want to avoid the crowd. I spent 2 days at this hotel and overall it was a nice stay. Pros: Location is ideal. We were in walking distance to nearly every thing we wanted to see or do. The staff was very nice and friendly and breakfast was included. Cons: My only complaint was that my room had an odor that was un pleasant and the volume on the tv did not work on some channels. However, I would stay @ this hotel again.

Not a very good experience could barely understand the desk clerk behind the desk wasn’t very friendly. Only two elevators available for almost 38 floors half of the time the elevators got stuck carpeting on the floor was dirty.
