The room was very clean, the location is great, and we really appreciated the fact that the pet-friendly rooms are located in a separate one-story building with direct entry from the parking lot to our room. Logistically, that made our stay with two small dogs much easier. On the down side, the bathroom exhaust fan was inadequate to handle the humidity from even a short shower, and the breakfast was lackluster: too many carbs and some protein would definitely be an improvement. Despite that, we would stay here again.

Night check in clerk was very kind and helpful. Breakfast good. Room was not clean: top spread had brown stains ( which clerk exchanged), no shampoo in dispenser ( we were told that would be filled the next day, never happened) remote and room phone filthy, mold on bathroom ceiling, beds lumpy, no fresh towels next day. We have stayed here in the past and always found it charming. Not this time!! Won’t return.

First impression it seemed that the staff all brought their kids to work, and house keeping had maybe husband or boyfriends sitting in the rooms when they were cleaning, they had visitors while working it seemed odd to me that there were kids behind the desk, and Males in the rooms with housekeeping. there were two adolescent children behind the desk and a baby during the day and evenings spouses or significant others hanging out. Seemed like a family affair. Bed was advertised as a queen, it definitely was not a queen you could not sleep 2 comfortably in the bed. the amenities were great, the pool, hot tub were nice, the front lobby very attractive. breakfast was lacking. no toast, bagels, rather all they had was dolly Madison snacks. I would not call it a continental breakfast, there was nothing prepared. i would give this hotel a 4 out of 5 as it was clean, and was well kept and amenities were nice, but if your sharing a room it will not accommodate 3 or 4 people.
