It would is an old school roadside motel just east of Timmins. While not fancy, it’s economical and comfortable and easy to check in, hit the sack and get up early and back in the road.

I found the staff very helpful. The accommodations very good value. Excellent tv set up,which allowed me to choose a good movie to finish the evening. Coffee machine and all toiletries ,towels well done.

Staff and owner was very involved and inviting, but sadly the room was far from cleaned. Was not pleased to see what was under the bedsheets, and under the mattress. The heater is a space heater in the room, was quite cold or dry and hot then pop breaker. I booked 5 nights for work and decided to sleep in truck then found other accommodations that ended up costing me the rate there and 120$/night for another place. To be refunded was out of the question.

The room was disgusting, there were chewed sunflower seeds on the floor and someone's take out dinner still in the fridge and boogers on the shelving and mirror in bathroom

I am going to be honest and say the property could use some TLC, but it had everything one would need, it was quiet the owners were very lovely, and would make sure to ask if we needed anything when they saw us. I was raised right across the street so it kinda felt a little like home to me. I am not disappointed with my stay here, as the price was just right for the amount of time I was staying while visiting family and friends.

Was greeted by Sam,checked in early had no issues...He was polite and a wonderful host well I was there....The room was clean and nice set up.Every thing was there for my stay...Already booking my next stay there....
