An excellent hotel choice close to everything. Our biggest problem there was not enough loungers at the pool. People go and place towels on the chairs very early and with such a beautiful clean refreshing pool but absolutely NOWHERE to sit!!! Very frustrating!!!

I so hate to say that this is the perfect place to stay only because it is our inclusive get away. The staff are excellent and always the most pleasant people you will ever meet. Nick is the best concierge and loved talking to my two sons....great guy. The only downfall is that they have decreased the diversity of food, but given the pandemic and it's results, I can understand. They still have the egg chef for breakfast and he is awesome. Definitely a five star hotel at great rates. I got a master room with minor for the boys at just $81/night....time with the wife alone was the best experience!!!

Great place. The coolest pool ever. Stayed with family 3 weeks. Quired area or at least you hear no noice from road. Room really good size and balcony great. Bad things, the bath room could use and upgrade. Old and warn and water pressure was low for showers and changed all the time. Nice service and room cleaning. Value for money despite being a bit old and could use an upgrade.

3泊で利用しました。 安くてリゾート感を味わえるホテルで、朝食は適度な品数があり満足でした。 少しだけ歩きますがターミナル21があるのでショッピング、食事に便利。 フードコートは激安で美味しいです！！ スーパーは24時間営業の様です。 以下、気になる点数点あったので記載します。 改善されるといいホテルだと思います。 ◆アメニティ類 部屋にはボディシャワーとシャンプーのみ。 その他歯ブラシ等はフロントに言えば貰える！？ 部屋内の説明冊子でフロントに言えば貰える様なこと書いてあったが最終日に気付いたので個人持ちを利用。 チェックイン時、部屋に案内する係の方からの説明があっても良かったのでは無いかと思いました。 ◆部屋タオル 2泊目3泊目共に朝食中にルームメイク完了していたがタオルが無い。 掃除の方に伝えたら「後ほどお持ちします」と回答はもらったが両日とも届けられず。 備品の数量等はチェック表などを使って管理すべきでは無いかと思いました。 そもそも「掃除して下さい」の札を出していた訳では無いのに掃除が早すぎ！？ 想定していなかったので貴重品を出したままにしてしまってた。 ◆部屋に虫 小さなハエ系の虫がちょこちょこいた。 南国なので仕方ない部分はありますが 虫除けの装置等を配置されてると有難いなと思いました。
