The hotel is in a prime location in the Lastarria neighborhood, making it an excellent starting point for exploring central Santiago on foot. However, the heavy foot traffic outside can make the area somewhat noisy. The room itself was excellent and matched the photos—modern, recently renovated, and featuring a fantastic balcony. On the downside, there is no elevator (as noted in the hotel description). While the staff kindly offers to help carry bags, the stairs can still be an issue if you have heavy luggage. Additionally, despite the room being advertised as soundproofed, street noise from the crowd outside was clearly audible. The property also listing parking can be misleading; it is not on-site or hotel-owned, but rather at a nearby public underground garage. Finally, the breakfast options were fairly limited and the portions were small.

If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We were nervous coming to South America for the first time and staying at this wonderful hotel really changed all that in an instance

Great location in a lovely area. The hotel doesn’t have a lift which made it a little difficult with bags (it does say this when booking) and the bathroom window could do with a blind so as not to wake you in the morning. Despite this we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist spots. Breakfast had a good variety to chose from and was lovely and fresh. I had an early start one morning and they organised a packed breakkie to take with me. It is an older style hotel building so has no lift, but, the hotel staff carried my bag up the stairs for me which was good. Good exercise to walk up tge stairs daily, good for your cardio and I am in the older age bracket. I would certainly recommend to stay there.

Room is clean and of decent size. The bed is soft, so expect to be tossed about when you turn over. The staff is very helpful, and genuinely care to provide service given the limited resources available. Breakfast starts relatively late, at 8:00, at the cafe next door. The hotel itself doesn’t have coffee machines. But able to provide continental breakfast and tea should you need it before the cafe opens. The area has endless restaurant and cafe options and touristic spots to explore.

This is a very nice and modern boutique hotel right off a street with multiple restaurants and cafes--one of the nicer areas of Santiago that I saw in my brief stay. Many of the museums are in walking distance. I'd highly recommend it for cleanliness, modern fixtures, and convenience.
