Very nice experience

Highlight is the very kind and accommodating staff. Everyone last person was friendly and helpful, especially the young intern at the front desk. The La Lotus restaurant is surprisingly outstanding. The over water bungalows desperately need to be modernized, but were clean and comfortable. For the prices, especially the bungalow prices, please improve the pool chairs to add cushions. The spa was adequate but is in a small cramped space. Gym is roomy and well kept.

Nice, luxury double room - had a bit of difficulty working out how to use the shower settings. Signage to my actual room was not easy to find or follow - had to find a member of staff to show us the way. The evening entertainment with generous buffet and excellent musical/dance show was absolutely outstanding, however, and made the expensive accommodation worth every penny. Some difficulty experienced trying to more the dinghy at the hotel premises when I arrived direct from the yacht - this should be sorted out for future guests from the sailing community anchored nearby, where arrival by dinghy is the only option.
Excellent buffet and outstanding Tahitian cabaret show enjoyed by the entire family including young children (6 years and over)
Getting family on and off the dinghy/s transportation direct from the yacht wasn't easy, and took some negotiation. This facility needs to be improved.

MAIN Pool out of action sadly.

The Hotel looked lovely until we saw main pool was out of action, and we didn't know before we booked it was closed for 3 months, we got an email closer to out stay to let us know but i had non refundable booking i would have stayed elsewhere had i known, pools are a huge part of staying on an island and paying so much.. there was a another pool with a swim up bar which was understaffed given everyone was at this smaller pool only 1 lady working her Butt off. Apart from that a nice Hotel for a quick night befote we flew out early morn. And very close to airport..

Perfect stay for our honeymoon over the Christmas holiday. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast, especially on Christmas morning, and the Polynesian dance show. We loved our over-water bungalow, and the pool time and swim up bars were perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Beautifully remodeled room, with a jacuzzi bath! Ocean views with a Sandy Beach, infinity pool and swim up bar! Restaurant, Le Lotus, French cuisine was Superb and a culinary experience that we will never forget! The sounds in the distant from the polynesian dancers at the main restaurant added to the ambiance making our last night something to remember.

Great attitudes but the service is lacking. They don’t have simple bottled water available for meals. You need to ask multiple times and still don’t get it. The food was average at best. Every medium rare steak order was well done. Really nothing great about the food. Go to Hilton. Much better. Spa was the highlight. One of the best massages ever. Pool renovation so that blight didn’t help.
