10/10 Exceptional

After a long day of traveling, we arrived to check in. Ray was not only there with a smiling face, he was overly accommodating and helped us reconnect our TV that wasn't working. Super friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay every day at Hampton. A truly outstanding employee.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very courteous, the bed was comfortable, the pool and breakfast were both great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we didn't get to check into our room until after 4:00.
