The area was really cool, close to the beach and just the right of the beach club is a local bar area on the rocks that has Stunning view of the sun set. I had a pool access room that was super cool and stunning but the down fall was the bed was very hard, I also asked for a double bed on booking and it was made as two singles so ask to get it made as one they didn’t even get me get me a bigger blanket just used the two singles also didn’t have a flat sheet just a blanket that I thought was odd as most places have fitted, flat and blanket.

This was my second stay at the Paragon Resort & Spa. It is like its own little oasis when in the pool. To stay current the hotel will need to complete some renovations as the building is starting to look old. Things like mattress and pillow comfort could be improved and towels with ripped edges. These little things will help elevate the hotel. Having a drink offer to keep people at the hotel bar/swim bar longer would be a good idea. Making a big investment in setting up an 5 star spa could help bolster the property. The staff are very friendly and I’d highly recommend the hotel to others looking for a reliable place to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of Patong.

It was nice that the free breakfast was a little different every day. Multigrain bread is very delicious. A chef cooks for over 200 people by himself. There aren't many shops nearby, but if you're going to the beach, it's not too noisy, so it's recommended. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, but there weren't many electrical outlets and it felt a little bit dated.But it’s very clean, recommended for people who don't require many amenities.

This was my first time to Thailand and to Phuket. My only information about this hotel was through reviews and pictures. I was not disappointed!! The hotel looks just like the pics!! I was really impressed with the size of the room. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with lots of variety. The property is righy over ghe rd from the Patong beach! And also walkable to other tourist attractions as well as resturants. I will absoloutely stay here again and recommend to others

The rooms were very spacious but it did not have an outlet near the bed which was very inconvenient. I had a swim up room that led to the swim up bar which was nice. The breakfast was always good with many options. The restaurant food (lunch/dinner) was just so-so. The staff was very nice and accomodating. It had many dining options within walking distance and a 24 hour 7-11 across the street which was very convenient. It was also within walking distance of Bangla Rd.

The house keeper came to tidy up the room but I found out that she didn’t change a clean town or bedding. The night manager was a bit rude when I asked for a new beach town and told me they ran out but handed me a regular old town that looked like rugs. Buffet is very decent here and the pool is very clean.

The Delux Room I was in is very spacious, Shower and bathtub also very spacious and my view from my windows and balcony of the hotels swimming pool absolutely fabulous to wake up to every morning or afternoon. The hotel location is also great being only 2 mins walk to Patong Beach. The staff were very polite and helpful to solve any issues too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Phuket! The only issue I would be critical over which is not unique to this hotel but most hotels I've been to around the world, is to invest in better TV program packages, like cable TV or satellite for when we prefer to stay in the room and relax, I know this may be costly but hotels need to realise that the holiday experience includes relaxing in your room. Overall, 5 out of 5 for my Patong Paragon Resort & Spa experience.

The good: Cleanliness, size of room, staff friendliness and efficiency, pool, breakfast selection and reception. The not-so-good: There is no Spa (Spa is in hotel name), wifi is poor in room, gym needs some TLC, pool bar has a sign that says there is service during the day, there is no one serving drinks at all, just some old bottles of liquor that have been refilled with liquid to look like liquor. I would say this is a solid three star hotel (international star ranking) and the price is correct for that, hence it’s cheaper than other 4 and 5 star options in Patong. Also, Patong is a party town and a lot of fun if that fits your lifestyle. Fortunately the hotel is far away from the buzz and on a nicer part of the beautiful long beach.
