Nice property and good location. Staff were amazing. The Hot Springs attached to the property was just incredible. Had a great stay the only negative was that the recycle garbage bins got emptied at midnight so we were woken up by several bins being emptied. Request a room that does not overlook the car park near the front Reception doors as this is where the bins are located.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was staff are friendly clean, I like the comfortable bed and the room was well presented making it easy to relax after a long day. While I appreciated the quality, I did feel the price was a bit higher than the room and overall experience warranted. Still It was a pleasant stay specially the hot spring.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean and spacious. The hot springs are amazing especially the early morning or evening sessions . The salt room is very relaxing, as is the sauna and geothermal hot pool. I was very disappointed with the spa treatment, worst massage I've ever had. Maybe look elsewhere for treatments.

The hot springs are an excellent feature in this hotel although it would be great if guests were provided a robe free of charge. The rooms were comfortable warm and clean. We had dinner in "Tides" the restaurant in the foyer and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!
