The location was great and easy to walk to two different MRT stations. The accommodation was clean and provided everything if you wanted to cook etc. The shower grouting could do with a facelift but it didn't matter to us. Adina Service Apartment was a great place to stay for a 1 week visit to Singapore. No noise and crowds as in even high end hotels in Singapore. Welcomed warmly by the front desk assistant who brought us to our room and showed us all the features and how to use the in room washer/dryer. Close enough (10 min walk to Paragon/Takashimaya) to get to restaurants/shops on Orchard Roach, 2 MRT stations < 5 min walk and easy pick up / drop off for taxi /grab to go everywhere else. Far enough away that you’re not in the middle of the crowds and noise. Only “shortcomings” were continental breakfast on weekdays only and a small gym (treadmill, stationary bike, free weights). Not a big deal for us, but may be for others. Overall, after my first stay was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.
