Amazing resort like feel

It reminds me of the Dirty Dancing movie.. such a cute place with lovely water views, mini golf under the Einstein lights at night. Has the best dinner and service by Bastien as our waiter ( think that was his name - young guy) went for a kayak in the morning. All around great experience!

2/10 Poor

Do not go to this Hotel, It is very old and staffs are not friendly, the toilet was clogged and we have to get someone to unclog it.
Clarice, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Enjoyable staff and stay
Lorie-Anne, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The facility as a whole was very beautiful with the lake and location. Room was clean and a great size. The only negative was that the hotel was loud and walls thin. The TV next door and talking could be heard through the walls easily and there were constant people talking in the hallway. It was a busy weekend though and a wedding taking place so lots of people. We didn’t mind too much. But keep it in mind if you are looking for quiet. It may be a distraction for you.

8/10 Very good

Overall my stay was good, its my second time, staff are respectful and nice, view is wow, spa outside beautiful experience in winter, many amenities ans activities available, rooms are clean but i would ask for better cleaning and bath room needs renovations also. Overall i love my stay with my husband and my friends and i recommend it also!
Rima, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Brutal.

Absolutely horrible. Air conditioning didn’t work and room was terribly hot and humid. There was also pounding noise from above from 6am till checkout and people yelling in the halls and I got no sleep at all. I would like a full refund.

Fatou Binetou, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Our 4th time there. Over the past weekend, we changed rooms because of lots of mold in the bathroom of the 1st. On the second night (2nd room), loads of 16 year olds shouting, listening to music, walk loudly from room to room, etc... It's normal for 16 year olds to act this way, we've been there, but when you sell your place for tranquility, spas, massages, saunas and high level cuisine, you should impose the standard... unless $$$ is all that really matters... Lovely staff in the restaurant, except for the "manager" who could have been more reserved and rush people less... the restaurant was empty...
