I had been forced to look farther away for accommodations because the Morgan Wallen concert had made rooms in the area extremely difficult and expensive to find. I booked and prepaid for this room through a third-party service believing I had secured a place to stay. When I arrived, however, the hotel said they had no record of the reservation and had no room available. That left me stranded during an already difficult weekend for finding lodging. Also, I was not driving, so I had to locate another property and pay the additional cost of a Lyft to get there. I appreciate that the staff allowed me to remain in the lobby while I worked out the other a reservation. Since I was not driving, I also had to pay the unexpected cost of taking a Lyft to another property. The lack of coordination between the hotel and the third-party booking service caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. Travelers booking through a third party should confirm directly with this property before arriving.
