O quarto que me hospedei tinha um banheiro minusculo e o choveiro nao tinha estabilidade, hora quente hora frio... fora isso a hospedagem fica no topo mais alto do bairro que nem carro sobe. o cafe da manha é excelente, mas é limitadissimo em quantidade, eles fazem 1 bandeja pra 2, e o pao deles é delicioso. infelizmente tem de pagar por fora se quiser comer outro. vi pessoas pegando na mesa de outros que deixaram na mesa. achei bem complicada a hospedagem em si.

Muito confortável, chuveiro bom, wi-fi que funciona e café da manhã muito básico. Eu gostei da localização, mas fica na parte alta da cidade. Dá pra ir a pé da Plaza de Armas, mas é uma subida e pode não ser tranquilo pra todo mundo por causa da altitude. Tem chá de coca e de muña disponível o dia todo no hotel.

Hotel maravilhoso, lindo e aconchegante. A equipe é atenciosa e receptiva. O café da manhã é gostoso e fresco. A localização é boa, porém fica no alto, se atentem que terão que subir de escada (Uber não sobe a rua). Eles dispõem gratuitamente de chá e folhas de coca, que auxiliam muito na aclimatação.

The hotel was as described. None of the reviews I read before booking said it was an uphill walk on cobblestone streets and cobblestone stairs from Plaza de Armes. Although it is close, it took nearly an hour with rest stops to catch my breath at the high altitude to get back to the hotel. Although it said 24 hour free airport shuttle they arranged a taxi for us but we had to pay for the service.

They descripción of the hotel are definitely not like in the pictures I had to ask to change my room because they didn’t assign the one I pay for , when they change the room one was ok the other was terrible , extremely cold , there was gap between the door with a glass I i couldn’t sleep because they light were on an off ever Half an hour and i could heard everything was going. Not great Also the location was not accurate i specifically rent this place because they said its was 7 min away from the center but it was on top of the city super hard to get to . I had to uber because I was super hard to walk back . Staff was nice but wull Definitely not back

The property was difficult to navigate, it has so many floors inside, it’s like a labyrinth, I booked the hotel from the US but charged me as local with 18% taxes which foreigners are exempt. The stuff did not communicate that people needed to pay for oxygen and other electric appliances and when it was the moment to check out, they charge you. The place was ok but the bathrooms were in bad shape. The clean the rooms every day thought. The staff was nice.

アルマス広場から長い坂道を登っていくことになるので、もしクスコについた初日で高所に慣れてないなら、タクシーを使おう。 サンクリストバル広場側にもエントランスがあるが、フロントはCalle Pumacurco側なのでそちらから訪れるのがスムーズです。 窓からの景色は最高。無料のコカ茶やMuña茶で旅の疲れも癒されました。

Upon first arriving, I was out of breath from how much I had to hike uphill to get to the property. This wasn’t a surprise, since one of the reviews had mentioned it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The first thing I noticed about the room is the walls are very* thin. You will hear other guests and footsteps easily… and when I tried to take a hot shower, my hot water didn’t work. It took a short while to get moved to a new room. I was so tired from hiking Salkantay, I was happy to finally take a hot shower and get to bed. The bed was warm and comfy and I was happy the room came with a heater. The breakfast is nottt friendly for anyone with dietary restrictions- you get crusty bread, cheese, ham, and eggs. I got fruit (1 banana & 1 tangerine) because I didn’t eat any of it. That was definitely disappointing… and then when I got back to my room, I smelled cigarette smoke because the walls are so thin, the windows also have cracks that let outside air in. At that point, I felt complete with my stay and left early, even cancelled the scheduled taxi I had and got my own taxi on the road.

Vinieron a las 1 de la mañana tocarnos la puerta de la pieza para decirnos que se habían equivocado con la pieza que nos habían dado y que nos teníamos que cambiar ahora mismo de pieza, a pesar de que estábamos en pijama y con todo desarmado. Además el baño asqueroso, en la ducha había un parque curita (band aid) usado, un moco y pelos de huéspedes anteriores. El desayuno pésimo, dos panes añejos y cero variedad.

We arrived to find our room was not cleaned and had urine on the washroom. The staff apoligized but we had to explicitly request a new room. Even in the room the quality was bad. There was no trashcan, old furniture, marks and holes in the walls, the duvet was stained and the floor was dirty. The washroom had mold on the ceiling and had exposed pipes. Atmost a 1 star hotel, we ended up leaving and not staying a night since it was too unclean and uncomfortable.
