Friendly woman at the reception but speaking very quick german, hardly to understand. calling to this hotel is a drama. you get kind of robot and call me back option. never got called back ? we want to call we were a bit later because of traffic but nobody responded....(computer voice with very limited options to answer back)

The price we paid was outrageous for what we got, don’t let the phots fool you, the rooms are extremely small, no air conditioning, our TV didn’t work and there was no one that could fix, our safe didn’t work and no one could fix it and it is in a very dangerous area, our 6’4 250lbs cab driver said he wouldn’t walk alone near there at night

We traveled with a wheelchair user we made them aware of this when we arrived we found out the stairlift did not work so we had to make the wheelchair user climb the stairs causing much discomfort The room has no air con although modern looking the carpets were dirty in our room with various stains We did not have the included breakfast so can’t comment Check out the staff member went missing for 10 minutes so we had to stand and wait Parking outside is hit and miss just hope you can find a space Only plus side is a cheap hotel to stay at shame really it could be a lot better if cleaned more thoroughly

The hotel lacked customer service. No fridge in the rooms. No access to the safe. Not an option to call the staff . No housekeeping after 5. No bell boy service considering the huge amount of stairs . No pillows. Half made bed. Would not recommend .

War eher so lala, Sauberkeit hat oft zu wünschen gelassen, Seifenspender waren mehr als halb leer. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, eher unfreundlich. Eine nicht so schöne gegend dazu.

Ich habe drei Zimmer reserviert. Der Zustand der Zimmer war schrecklich. Es hatte einen sehr üblen Geruch. Man konnte kaum schlafen. Als ich mich an der Rezeption gewendet habe, sagte man mir, dass man nichts dagegen tun kann. Ich habe pro Zimmer circa 100 € bezahlt und konnte den Aufenthalt nicht geniessen. Einfach nicht weiter zu empfehlen dieses Hotel reine abzocke
