The hotel is beautiful and very well done and the staff excellent and friendly. The restaurant was good too. The prompt needs some TLC. Worn and torn carpet, our shower drain didn't drain well, things like that. I would stay here again. The rooms spacious and comfortable. They have an elevator which is nice for these old hotels. It was well placed in the city center and so walkable. I felt safe as well.

The Grand Hotel de Queretaro is centrally located, making it a perfect base for exploring Querétaro. Our room was ready upon arrival, which made check-in smooth and convenient. Marina kindly arranged our early morning transportation to the airport, and the bell staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of central Querétaro.

Without a doubt, one of my favorite hotels to stay downtown Querétaro, can’t beat the location and Hanks ( bar downstairs). Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very helpful and friendly but room was not in the best condition. I had to change rooms because of noisy pop in air conditioning and loud noise in the bathroom. The other room’s air conditioning was not working properly either. There was water dropping to the floor and had to turn it of instead.
