We loved our 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom unit. Great location. We were disappointed that we had a surprise fee of $45 per day when we arrived for non-existent amenities. This extra fee was not communicated to us before we arrived. There is no pool or hot tub, the elevator was broken for our entire 3-night stay and getting to our parking was a pain because of that.

The staff was really helpful, we had a late check in and we had excellent communication with Joy at the front desk. The room was really clean and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer in the room. Everything we needed was available. Some ceiling tiles in the hallway that were missing and the games room had missing game parts and dead batteries for video games, so we didn’t use the room. The area outside is beautiful! We went for many walks and explored. Canmore is a great place to visit and this hotel was an excellent place to stay.
