A friend and I enjoyed two nights in the 2-bedroom suite. The layout and space were comfortable. We enjoyed the property's cozy feel and access to the beach. We experienced a couple of minor issues upon check in (clogged bathroom sink, no hand soap), but these were addressed within a reasonable timeframe. We were surprised that there was direct access to a public patio from one of the bedrooms. There is a shade on the door that leads to the exterior, but it left the bedroom feeling not as private as it should be; noise and privacy would be an issue if other guests are on the patio. The property includes other nice areas to gather (e.g. a fire pit, a very large common kitchen and living/dining area) making this a good choice for groups. However, we did experience noise past the hotel's posted quiet hours (11pm).

Just like their other property, the EZ check in with no staff on site really is nice. Room clean, well stocked, and property is pretty big with lots of room for relaxing and adventure. Took my Son for a quick trip, and planning on another trip sooner then later!

Absolutely loved our stay!! There was a little confusion with check-in because it’s definitely not a hotel vibe. It’s more of a hostile vibe with a code to get in the door, which we loved, but when you expect to see a receptionist desk and there was nobody there to tell us what to do, We were a little confused lol. However the property was beautiful incredible location to their little private beach. The beach was clean. The room was amazing and we all had a great time. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice location, everything advertised checked out. When we walked in you could smell that it was just cleaned. Had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Only two complaints. Number one, unit above us, the guest were walking and moving around all night and the sound was right over our bed, very disturbing. Second, the bed was not comfortable at all. My boyfriend attempted to sleep on couch bc of noise upstairs and his side of bed had a tilt on top of being hard as a rock. My hips and lower back were killing me from sleeping on bed. The couch wasn’t comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were hiking all day and sight seeing. Would have been nice to come back and have a comfortable couch to relax on and need to get good nights rest. That being said I would still recommend this place. Beautiful area, nestled in the trees.

Staying at The Neighborhood Hotel in Grand Beach, MI was a delight. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. And the two-bedroom suite was perfect for a family of three with a fully furnished kitchen. The plush bed, modern bathroom, and thoughtful touches (coffee station and reliable Wi‑Fi) made us feel right at home. We loved the heated pool! The hotel location is an easy 3 minutes walk to the breach and downtown New Buffalo. We will be coming back! Highly recommended! 🌟🏖️
