The room we booked wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but they immediately moved us into a satisfactory room. We appreciated the customer service, and the new room was really nice. The room was very small and old, with no counter space in the bathroom or any towel hooks at all and no a/c. But there was a large box fan provided and the private beach was nice. The hot tub, overlooking the lake was amazing when in wasn't packed with little kids. The staff was friendly and although there were quite a few random people walking through the parking lot throughout the day, it seemed pretty safe and the location was nice, being so close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

The view was the BEST! We got the king lakefront, I could have stayed in the room all day watching the lake and the beautiful mountains. The only thing that was missing was a dresser, there was only one very small space for clothes. But the view made up for it! The loungers on the beach are great too.
