Get the deluxe room for best water views. Despite the busy road out front, both balcony doors provided a great view of the water and all the boat traffic. Property was clean and stay went as planned. Just far enough from cruise ports to not feel overwhelmed w cruisers. Would stay again.

The room was very clean, the staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and close to many restaurants, shops and taxis were just outside. From now on, this hotel is my favorite. I just wish they offered breakfast. It’s a beautiful hotel with modern finishes and is extremely clean. I believe it’s a new property. The staff is absolutely exceptional: very friendly, and welcoming. The internet connection was excellent, the room was cleaned daily, and the hotel is not overpriced. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, pharmacies, and stores. The view from my room was gorgeous; I was able to watch the sunset nearby with a beautiful ocean view. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed during the days I stayed. The receptionist mentioned that they only offer breakfast; however, there is a sign stating that the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as room service, even though it was closed. Other than that, I had a really great experience.

Ideally located for all the restaurants and fun of Cozumel but still quiet. Incredible sea views (get the corner rooms!) and nice pool. The sunbeds at the pool could do with an update as they’re pretty uncomfortable but the food at the pool bar is delicious and all the staff are super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a Deluxe room which had amazing views. The room and the porch were so large and comfortable. We were able to walk to so many amazing restaurants and the food at the hotel was delicious. All the staff was friendly. There is no beach area or place to snorkel, but the view from the pool and our room made up for that.

Such a great little place in an awesome location! Walking distance to the ferry and main downtown area. Beautiful views of the sea from the rooftop pool! The snack bar of now open until later in the evening! Great menu for dinner and drinks with decent prices. Drinks are beautifully hand-crafted and delivered to you in the pool! We loved Jaime and Sergio - fantastic customer service! The only negative - the loud, thumping bass beat persisting until 2am on the weekend.
