Great hotel with pool and beach. Nice views of the water! They didn't have the room available that I booked so they upgraded me to a bigger room. I even used the small gym while I was there. It had enough for a good workout and weight lifting. I would stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully located view a fantastic view of breathtaking scenery. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very good food in the restaurant although breakfast is a little bland. Decent gym. Very nice and helpful staff, some are not great at English but they make up for it with a good attitude. I definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful Hotel with great facilities and an excellent staff. I really enjoyed the restaurant; tasty food done well while I only ate all the cart, I peruse the buffet and it did have quite a large selection of choices. Having both a swimming pool and a beach with its own lagoon was also a treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room that smell nice, towels were clear white with warmth. Room layout was super user friendly with 2 spots to lie my suitcase. Nice view from balcony to the private beach with clothes hanger. Palau is a quiet place, with not a ton to do other than dive and relax. This hotel is great for relaxing and has access to diving. Good food. Nice views. Beach area is not big, but is nice and differentiates from other hotels in the area.

I'm a repeat guest. All the staff were friendly and nice, the spa was nice as before, and the food was good. The only thing I didn't like was there were people smoking outside the smoking area( I couldn't dry my diving gears on the balcony cause the guest next door were always smoking on the balcony, which is not allowed).
