Staff is really nice and speak good English, the room is comfortable and the hotel is located in the main street and close to restaurants, stores and supermarkets.

Nice clean rooms. Small but they have all that you need in a very quiet neighborhood

I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists

Fantastic service! Excellent room! We needed a day room while waiting for our night fly from Koror. After booking, we requested an early check in, 8am, and a rental car. All was handled via email without any trouble. Also, our scuba live aboard call the day before and asked to have us picked up by the hotel shuttle. They were waiting for us as we arrived on the dock and took us straight to the hotel. All was ready when we arrived, including the car. We requested a ride to the airport...

Very new hotel, great location, very clean and very comfortable bed. Great staff. Great balconies with sea view (for the room I booked). USB chargers ! Good restaurant within the hotel, and many options nearby within a few minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay.

This was a great hotel for budget conscious people. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast tasted very good. It is directly across the street from a grocery store and pharmacy and it is right in the middle of town. Great choice for a hotel, in my opinion and experience.

The hotel is pristine (just like all the Nikko Hotels). The service was phenomenal. Wifi is bad - but it's not their fault - all internet on the island is from satellites. They told me its affected by cloud cover. Even locals have to use the wifi cards to get service. ...don't plan on working while in Palau. Do plan on relaxing and diving!

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located in the center of Koror and is convenient to shops, restaurants, and sites. The staff were very helpful and my room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the items changed each day. The internet connection was spotty though.

Great service! Property manager was very communicative and helped arrange local tours and transportation.

The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The staff is excellent. The location is a big selling point. The resort has an entire bay and coral reef to themselves. The food at the main eatery was also great.

Room was clean and large. Would definitely revisit next time. However, noisy Chinese next room was very annoying. They were shouting and making large noises till late night and since the room was a connecting room could hear it so loud. Next time when i revisit would request for an non Chinese next door!!!

Hafa Adai: I was truly unaware off the hotel's capacities until I arrived. It was lovely yet hidden motel. It was quiet and truly focused on those that just want to be away. It was far from the general hotel areas, quiet. It was a small hotel and I felt at home. I was not walking a huge reception area, or elevators or expansive hallways. It was exceptionally clean and maintained. Since there are no restaurants at the motel, I needed to eat somewhere. This was not a problem...

Extremely clean and the staff alone is the reason we will be coming back, very thoughtful and helpful. They made sure we were up for our 3am flight, helped arrange transportation everywhere, and helped us make reservations for meals while getting us the premiere table for the best views!

I stayed in the deluxe room A while there for a week long wedding/getaway. The room is huge compared to the rooms that all my friends booked at other hotels. It has a great view of the harbor and is right on the water edge. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, facility is clean. Hotel is safe as well, with two doors/gates to go through before getting to your room. Mini mart right across the street about a 2 minute walk. Love this place!
