Short stay but excellent

Stay was just to sleep a few hours before a flight, but I can say that this property deserved a longer stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a very HUGE bathroom. The front desk lady was very welcoming, professional and friendly. I would stay here again without question.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). We had booked a family room as we always do everywhere we sleep. This time, and first time ever, we were not allowed to check in as the children were too old (10y,8y,6y) and it was not meeting their policies and were asked to book three rooms. We were forced to look for a different accomodation at 21:30 in thr evening and did not get any refund. The lack of empathy of the hotel staff competely opposes their slogan of being the best hotel for families.

This was a convenient location for us, however the AC was not working and the front desk guy told us it was disconnected because of the season, after 2 days of very hot nights i decided to ask again to a different person (front desk lady) and she send a technician over to fix it.

Overall it was a good stay. The personnel is nice. The room is spacious but there were some minor annoyances: the bathtub was not properly clean (some hair); the desk lamp was not working; the mattress is a bit on the soft side; the pillows were not soft and a bit too thick. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
