We had a great stay in a two bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. Rooms were clean and generously spaced. The pool is great but was windy for our stay so not used as much as liked. The location is convenient for the boat pier and departures.

The staff were friendly when I arrived & the lady was helpful in storing my luggage as I arrived early afther a night bus. The room itself needed a good clean & a bit of TLC, at 1st impression the room seemed ok but then I noticed the dust and the dirty lampshade. Also the walls are quite thin as i could hear my neighbours clearly. When i checked at again the staff were very helpful, I couldn't fault the team. The location of the hotel is well situated for marina.

The very best thing about this hotel was the staff - very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was OK - relatively comfortable and clean - minor issue with the door to the balcony (fixed when we flagged it). External corridors not great but otherwise pretty good for the money. Great location. Great view from our balcony. Plenty of secure parking. Wi-fi didn’t work across the whole apartment, fine in central areas but very limited in our room (tower1, top floor).
