Overall, this is a pleasant hotel with a great location, friendly staff, clean facilities and a decent breakfast offering. I’ve stayed here several times and generally had a positive experience. However, there is a significant issue with the single rooms on the third floor. They have a strong, unpleasant mold smell that makes them uncomfortable to stay in. Based on my experience, this problem seems limited to those specific rooms, as the double rooms on the upper floors are consistently clean and very enjoyable. It’s unfortunate that these affected rooms are still being rented out. They would benefit from being taken out of service until the issue has been properly resolved. Addressing this would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Although the hotel is older, it's in pretty good condition. The rooms are in better condition than the public spaces and are very clean. The breakfast buffet is really great! The staff is very helpful. And the proximity to the train station is super convenient.
