Hotel overall was good but on arrival was advised that we needed to have a different room. On seeing the room it was clearly not the same type we had booked, fewer sleeping spaces. When challenging this we were advised that we were downgraded so different. No mention of this on check in and no mention of adjusting the amount we had already cleared. Given a new room but would not confirm it was what we had booked and told to get the missing bed linens from the laundry room.

Gorgeous stay

We had a lovely stay here. It was a short walk away from everything. The room itself was amazing and the sofa bed was made up on our arrival. The room was bright and large, with a kitchenette. The beds were both so comfortable, had a lovely sleep! The staff were all pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was a wide range of items to choose from. Only downside was the lift was small, we wouldn’t have used it at all but we had the pram with us. Just something to be aware of if travelling with lots of luggage etc. we had a brilliant stay and will certainly book again if visiting Malmo :)

Book another hotel.

Cleaning in bathroom, not okey hair from shaving in the sink and ALOT of hair in the shower drain. No instruction for check-in. But the worst part was the poor sound insolation, when other guests walked passed the room and talked in a normal tone it felt like they where standing beside our bed. Like extremely poor, I’m usually okey with stuff like this but this was scary bad. We woke up like 4-5times during the night because it sounded like someone was in the room with us. The breakfast was 4/10 okey but nothing special.

Ok hotell med bra läge

Hotellet har bra läge. Ligger alldeles intill Triangeln vilket gör det enkelt att ta sig fram i Skåne samt Köpenhamn. Rummen var rymliga. Det var dock damm under sängen och några smutsfläckar i badrummet. Någon städning ingick inte under vår vistelse (fyra nätter). En sopborste fanns så att vi själva kunde sopa upp vid behov. Ventilationen var obefintlig. Trots öppna fönster kändes det som luften stod still. Fläktar till rummen kanske kan köpa in? Köksdelen med utrustning skulle behövas uppdateras. Vattenkokaren såg inte så fräsch ut. Korgen i diskmaskinen var svår att dra ut. Annars toppen med möjlighet att laga lättare rätter eller äta take away mat. Frukosten var ok. Inte överdådig men det fanns lite variation. Personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma!

Flot hotel med alt hvad en storby kan byde på.

Dejligt hotel med flotte værelser og gode faciliteter. Hovedpuder ikke så komfortable, men fint for en enkelt nat. En del støj fra gaden, men ikke mere end hvad man kan forvente midt i en storby. Vil gerne komme igen en anden gang.

Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt innerhalb von 4 Wochen war das Zimmer leider nicht in dem guten Zustand wie beim ersten Besuch. Der Schliessmechanismus der Badtür war rausgebrochen. Der Versuch einer Kontaktaufnahme mit der Rezeption missglückte.
