We stayed here for 4 nights with the family, we loved it!!! The room was very clean and spacious. The resort is just outside of town but you get a free bus pass and the buses run regularly until late, the staff give you the timings on a piece of paper with I put into my purse so was handy to keep. There is an indoor pool which was enjoyed. The cleaning staff came in daily for towel changes and bed making. This has been a wonderful stay

We loved our stay here. Our room was spacious, with a clean modern bathroom and kitchen area. We had been camping for 2 weeks so it felt luxurious! Good place to get laundry done! The gym is in need of a revamp, but my son enjoyed it all the same. Free shuttle into town was handy. Would recommend to all.

We were travelling with a toddler, and I felt like the facilities were just too worn out and not clean. Views from the cabin were disappointing (trees were blocking the view of the mountains) so maybe ask about which way your cabin is facing. Amenities and equipment were very well stocked so the place is probably better for a group of adults.

Lovely quiet and clean accommodation. We had fantastic views as well. The cabin was cosy, but basic and a little worn. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the location was excellent. The biggest issue was that while it supposedly slept six, there were only two comfortable seats in the lounge, so we didn't spend much time there. The same went for the balcony, where we had two broken plastic chairs, for four people.

Overall a great stay. We have stayed in Banff many times but it was nice to be away from the townsite and to enjoy the quiet of the mountains. We had a large group and one room wasn’t quite ready for check in time but the stay was fantastic and the bus passes made travel to downtown a breeze. Beautiful views and serene setting. It is my best experience forever staying in Banff. I will start staying here whenever coming to Banff. The room is wonderful clean and has everything I need like balcony, BBQ area, kitchen. We even have bus day pass for our travel to downtown which addressed my concerns of staying away from downtown. Front desk lady is super helpful and friendly. I need check-in early for my work and she helped with calling the cleaning lady to have my room ready ahead of time.
