Great hotel in the Jamsil area where you have amazing attractions close by with the highest tower in Korea, amazing food street close by amenities in the hotel are top class… swimming pools outside or indoor, saunas… Japanese toilets in the room… one of the best breakfast that I have ever had. Really enjoyed the stay but there is a complicated elevators to navigate :)

I had a beautiful lake view room which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located in a very nice neighborhood, just beside the Lotte Mall which is convenient for shopping and dining. This is my new hotel of choice for Seoul.

Amazing location by Lotte Mall, Dept Store, and World. Has a nice area to walk at Seokchon Lake and lots of shopping/eateries in the area by Jamsil Station. The room itself was incredibly beautiful, clean, and the staff/concierge was amazing. 10/10
