I love how everything was within walking distance & I felt very safe with my daughter at the water park, all of the staff were very respectful & helpful. The only con was the beds were super firm but would still definitely come back again.

Views, pools, amenities were great! Staff friendly. The room was filthy! Flood was sticky and sandy. There was sand and hair in between the sheets, trash on the floor in the bathroom, gross sticky substance on the nightstands. It’s like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all.

The room floor plan was great for us, the closeness to the ocean was great, staff was nice and the Beach Front Restuarant was nice and affordable. The major issue is the room was VERY dusty (walls, shelves, and lights), the floor had not been moped/cleaned, and the coffee maker did not work. There was a light that did not work over the dining table that looked like it had been taped back together and there was a hole in the wall next to the refrigerator. We were only there 2 days, but they did offer a discount and were apologetic about it.

We LOVED our stay; we had an oceanfront room. Gorgeous view! AC was nice and cold, the pool options were great for my kids (age 5 and 7months). They had an AMAZING New York pizza spot inside of the resort and a convenience store- Publix is 5 mins away if you need more. My only complaint would be parking in the main garage was COMPLETELY packed by the night time we had to park in the next building which didn’t have elevators (I had to carry down the baby stroller). I loved my stay and will definitely be back!

Stay was ok. Property is very outdated. Elevators are sketchy and very very outdated. Pools only 3 ft deep. Water park Great for small kids. Not much for adults. All of the Staff were very polite and friendly. A lot of updates needed.

Locations was convenient to the beach however the building I stayed in with the kitchen was in poor condition, the room had an odor, poor lite, lights not working, dust on the walls the entire room was horrible. I have never felt so dirty and uncleaned, the first night I had to kill a cockroach that ruined my entire time. At check in the person with a name tag said manager was not welcoming seem like I was bordering him.

While the property may have been a bit older, I must say that the ocean view and the rate were truly fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, with shops within walking distance, making it easy to pick up what you need. The beach itself was absolutely lovely. Just a small suggestion for future guests: it would be wise to bring your own beach towels and any necessities you might need for your beach day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Very old hotel felt more like a motel. Rooms were dirty and outdated. Bedding was old and outdated. Water never got hot just warm. No housekeeping had to go to front desk for everything. Microwave dirty and old. No smart tv. Everything just old best part was the view. Very disappointed. Would not recommend
