The rooms were clean, excellent location, friendly staff. Great value for your money, just note this is not a new hotel and you will see things that you won't in a modern hotel. What a nice place. Our suite, Room 277, was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet and cozy for our Christmas stay. Well laid out for two couples, although we were only one. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are dozens of restaurants within a few minute walk. We will be returning!

Check in was quick and easy. The room comes with TV, kettle and coffee, shampoo, soap, hairdryer and clean towels. The bed was comfortable. The shower however was not so good and the shower head is so high up and couldn't be adjusted. It was almost impossible to take a shower unless you are 6ft tall..:) Other than that everything else was good and transportation is convenient.

There are equal pros and cons, but I can honestly say we will definitely stay here again. I'll break it down- Pros: decent cost per night, good location, easy access parking, comfy beds, clean soft bedding, separate bedrooms Cons: kind of chilly-felt heat through the vents but it's a good thing I brought an extra blanket (although I'm sure they would have provided an extra if I had asked), low shower pressure (but decent amount of hot water), some outlets didn't work (used kettle in the back bedroom). It's a heritage building, you get what you'd expect. I still prefer this over an overpriced high-rise hotel with no parking.
