Exceptional in every way. Without doubt best choice for room decor and comfort, for location. Breakfast is a must with a huge choice of beautifully presented cuisines and above all lovely friendly staff. Loved our stay, wish it was longer.

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam stay was very comfortable and convenient. We had a great stay as the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had alot of additional service as free entry to water park, afternoon tea, snacks bar available and the rooms were always clean. There was also madinat souk walking distance and had buggy service for jumeirah beach. So its really nice for family and kids to enjoy as everything is convenient.

Amazing hotel and amenities. The staff were so accommodating. We had specific dietary requirements and the staff in the kitchen and all of the managers in the kitchen area went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for. Great facilities for children. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai after this experience.

Traditional Arabic-style hotel

If you want the best beach with Burj Al Arab view stay at a Jumeirah property here! Still after all these years the Burj Al Arab looks stunning from the beach. Our room was a bit dark as its rather an old-fashioned hotel - however amazing facilities. The best is that you can use all the Jumeirah facilities - so we chose the pool of Al Naseem as the others had a bit of construction going on. So many staff everywhere to help which is really helpful

Mina Al Salam is really well positioned along side other Jumeirah group hotels which means you have a wide range of pools to choose from and a fantastic extent of beach front to enjoy. Sitting below the Burj Al Arab you really have one of the most iconic views in Dubai. The best thing about the hotel was in our opinion the staff, they were without exception wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and attentive without being obtrusive or fussy. Leslie and his team at the pool took really wonderful care of us as did Benjamin at the front door. I was hugely impressed by all of them remembering our names and addressing us in person everyday. We had a very special stay indeed. The gym facilities our also great and for those with children of an age to enjoy a water park the easy access and free admission on a daily basis would be a real bonus. I would go back and recommend.

We came to Dubai and stayed Jumeirah mina a'salaam to celebrate my friends 30th birthday and the hotel did an amazing job to ensure she had a special time celebrating. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, we felt like royalty. There is no better service than the Jumeirah service. Having stayed at the Jumeirah hotels previously, I can honestly share that there is no better experience in Dubai. The quality of service and beauty of the hotels is unbeatable. We would like to thank the Cleaners for our room 327 during our stay, the personalised touches in our room did not go unnoticed. We really appreciate all the effort put in by each member of staff. The breakfast was also amazing, so much choice and once again amazing staff making sure we got our iced lattes! Moving on to the hotel facilities, the pools and beach experience were out of this world. The views from both were just amazing! One of our highlights was experiencing the voyager massage at Talise Spa!

Service in the hotel was slow, we have to call 2 times for our luggage when we check in, they did not know where our luggage was. Beach restaurant service was bad, waiter did not attend to us for a very long time, we had to wave them down few times but still didn’t get them over so we walk away from our table.

After I booked the hotel, I got contacted by Pavlina via Whatsapp. I had booked this stay as a surprise for my wife's birthday. I proceeded to speak to Pavlina regarding my wife's birthday and asked if she could help us with getting us a special room and prepare surprise for her. On arrival, she met us promptly and gave us a complete tour of the hotel and the room. My wife and I were ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY with the reception we received and the room we were given. Not only that, Pavlina had organised a toy for our daughter on arrival and she absolutely loved it. We had such an amazing stay and had multiple requests and contact with Pavlina, of which she went above and beyond for us. She organised a beautiful table arrangement with balloons and cake for my wife's birthday at the Premium Lounge along with surprise cake to our room too. I mean, my wife was in absolute tears of joy and happiness thanks to the great surprises planned by Pavlina and team. I had a last minute request of preparing a bath for my wife in our room whilst we were out so that when we get to the room it is ready for her. She managed to get it organised and a beautiful rose petal decoration and the water was PERFECT warm temperature on arrival. I do not know how she did it.... but she did !

Super Hotel

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Bett war bequem. Der Service ist hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Strand und J Club sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Blick auf den Burj al Arab ist umwerfend. Der Zugang zur Amal Lounge war ebenfalls top!
