Very unassuming hotel from the outside, but very modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. The staff was very professional, helpful, and eager to assist. The hotel is located in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood that is 15 minutes from the historic center of Vienna and a 10 minute walk to Prater. Several restaurants within walking distance of hotel as well as a subway entrance across the street. Highly recommend the property.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and roomy, and it was nice to be able to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was amazing every day.
