Our room was exceptionally clean. Can't beat the location - just steps to restaurants, shops, and transit. The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to an issue we had with lack of hot water in the shower - problem fixed in less than 30 minutes of notification. Unfortunately we didn't use the pools so I can't comment about that amenity. Parking our rental car was easy and convenient. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel.

My partner and I really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, and having access to the pool was a great bonus. The only downside was the check-in process. Despite having paid for our stay in advance, the staff initially couldn’t find our reservation. It turned out to be a system error, as the last name on the booking was correct but the first name appeared to be different. The situation was quite frustrating, as it took some time to sort out, but thankfully, everything was eventually resolved. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the Kenrick Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Banff, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our family. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were always happy to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel really well looked after. Overall, it was a great base for our time in Banff, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our trip so enjoyable!
