It was quiet for the most part. Beds were comfortable. The place is in need of a renovation, paint pealing on bathroom roof, bathroom fan does not work, tub scratched, carpets on hallways and bedroom are ancient and look filthy. Parking was good and safe, lots of lights. They could charge more if they renovated.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you are a single woman or have kids, do not stay here. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. I had to switch rooms because I was given ground level room with an old window that does not lock. The only thing the employee cared about was whether or not I had "used" the room so he could re-rent it. Every time I left my room there was a man in a hood loitering in the hall, stairway, emergency exit, coming in or out of the main entry, smoking outside the entry, the picnic tables or in parking lot. There were 4-6 at any given time in the parking lot in the dark. There appeared to be "permanent" residents that run a pop up stand in the parking lot and they crawl in and out of a ground level room window until late and night and early in the morning (5 am - I was taking the dogs potty). They just stand around this window and hang out. Free breakfast was Hostess donuts and milk.
